Good morning beauties!
I recently saw this product in a magazine advertisement and was intrigued. I hadn’t heard or seen any reviews and have never seen anything else like it before.
I have thin hair but there’s a lot of it! It usually takes me 10-15 minutes to blow-dry it and then another 10-15 minutes to style it. Anything that helps me get ready faster is greatly appreciated!
Around $4-5 for 4.2 fl. oz/125ml
Reacts with heat to reduce blow-dry time.
Shields against heat damage.
Formulated with fibralock technology. Our lightweight primer formula accelerates your routine by cutting blow dry time while protecting hair from heat damage.
Very liquid-y. Comes in a spray top bottle.
This has the typical L’Oreal rose scent. Normally, this would be a deal breaker for me, but the scent doesn’t linger so it’s okay.
The directions say to apply on clean damp hair. Spray evenly 6-8 inches away from hair. Blow dry as usual. It instructed to separate and clip hair into three even sections for a faster blow out. It also recommended drying from the top and wokring your way down.
I tried not to spray too much as I didn’t want my hair to become weighed down or sticky. I can see how spraying too much would do this.
I love that this not only claims to cut down on drying time, but is also a heat protectant for heat tools.
The average time it took me to blow dry my hair (minus the styling) was about seven minutes. That is definitely less time than usual!
I really love this product! I am all about products that multi-task for me and cut down on products I need to use on my hair. I love that this did cut down on the time it took to blow dry my hair. Now, if they could make a spray that would automatically style your hair for you…… I can dream right?
There are two other products in the “Blow Dry It” line. There is a long wear styling spray and a thermal smoother cream.
I’m interested in trying them out. Let me know if you’re interested in a review on those. I’d be happy to do them for you!
Have a beautiful and wonderful day!
