Broadway Nails Impress Press On Manicure

I don’t know about you, but my life can get pretty crazy and hectic.

Sometimes I feel there aren’t enough hours in a day. Between work, family and friends most of my time is accounted for.

I find it really difficult to reserve some time for just myself. I think it is so important to have “me time” and yet still struggle to make that happen.

I love getting my hair done, getting a massage and going in for a manicure/pedicure.

The honest truth is I just don’t have the time! All those things take a good amount of time (which isn’t bad) to complete.

Having perfectly manicured nails gives me an instant confidence boost.

Thankfully, I found a way to get that salon-perfect manicure right at home!!!

Introducing the imPRESS press-on manicure from Broadway Nails.

  (This set is “Tweetheart”)

They last twice as long as other press-on nails on the market and are the only waterproof option!

It only takes a few minutes to apply and requires no dry time and absolutely no mess!

The nails have an easy peel-off backing that reveals a revolutionary “Safehold” adhesive technology. It secures just like glue without the mess (and without getting your fingers stuck together!!)

It’s safe on natural nails and can last up to one week.

Another added bonus? It requires absolutely no acetone or soaking to remove!!!

The nails are really lightweight and flexible and are really comfortable to wear.

Now, it’s been years since I’ve last tried artificial nails. And let me tell you…I HATED them with a passion.

They were always too large on my nails and that instantly made them look fake. I also have smaller nail beds so artificial nails look much longer on me than on others.

The impress nails come in two sizes (small and medium) so you can choose the perfect size for you.

They are available in over 40 different colors and patterns so there are a lot of options and variety available.

Some of them even come with cute charms that you have the option of using to add some more pizzazz to your nails!

Plus, they are extremely affordable! They retail from $5.95-8.99 at Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, Rite Aid and Kmart. (I’ve also spotted them at a few Target stores).

Application is really simple and easy.

You start out by finding the correct nail size for each finger. The nails have really small numbers on the back which makes it easier to find corresponding nails.

Then wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water and cleanse your nails with the prep pad that comes enclosed in your kit.

Peel off the backing to uncover the adhesive and align the artificial nail with your cuticle.

The last step is to press the nail down firmly on your nail.

To ensure the nail is secure, it is recommended that you periodically press on the nails over the next half hour to extend the wear.

And that’s it!

 Don’t they have a fantastic gel-like shine?

My nails lasted 9 days before I noticed some lifting at the base of my nail. I ended up removing them around day 11.

They were really easy to remove! You could just gently pull them off, but I opted to apply a little bit of polish remover between my natural nail and the artificial nail to help make the process even easier.

There was ZERO damage to my nail and absolutely no pain in the removal process!

So would I continue to purchase these?

I love all the variety in the designs and colors. They even have some Matte nails too!

I also love this set that is both matte and comes with accent nails! How cute are they?

(This is the set “Boogie Down”)

This is perfect those that just don’t have time to get to the salon. You can have gorgeous nails in a matter of minutes in the comfort of your own home!

Have a beautiful and wonderful day!

I’m right there with you, Lizzie! Of course, I’m partial to Avon’s since … well, you know, since I sell ’em. But yes! Regardless where you pick yours up, they are so simple and quick! I love ’em!
